After a year off due to the pandemic, the January Maple Show returns to Central New York on January 7th and 8th, 2022 at Vernon Downs Resort.

Despite what you may have heard, the January Maple Conference at Vernon Downs is a sure bet to provide an exceptional in-person maple conference and trade show. Backed by the maple industry’s giants – CDL, Lapierre, Leader, D & G, H2O, Sunrise Metal, Bascom, DSD, Memprotec along with supporting businesses Sugarhill, 1-Pack, Ampak, Baystate Organics, Beckett, RO in a Bucket, Plastech, Inovaweld, NuCan, and more to come -- this is the premier event maple producers have come to expect, not an imitation.

For more than two decades, literally thousands of maple producers have enjoyed the “Grandaddy of Maple Conferences”. As a previous conference participant, you know first-hand the reputation this event has earned through proven performance, a commitment to service, dedication by its organizers, attention to detail, and ability to deliver an exceptional, quality conference.

The day-and-a-half format is a proven winner. Kick off Friday night by relaxing and enjoying the stories and humor of Vermont sugarmaker Glenn Goodrich and perhaps pick up a tip or two. Before the crowds arrive on Saturday, visit the industry’s top vendors and manufacturers at the largest maple trade show and check out the latest in equipment and supplies. And new this year, after the trade show unwind with a cocktail, enjoy live entertainment, take a dip in the hot tub, or try your luck on the casino floor before retiring for the evening with a short elevator ride right to your luxurious hotel room. Affordable, professional, organized – come learn a lot and play a little.

Due to space limitations, we anticipate that this year’s show is sure to sell out! If the conference capacity is reached, there may be no at-the-door registrations available. Make your reservations early on the sure bet -- January Maple Conference at Vernon Downs. We’ll be here – will you?
